Account & User Center

The User Center is provided by the BShellXM server to manage your BShellX account, activation codes, licenses, devices, recharge codes, referral points, and cloud sync credentials. Client-side authorization, offline activation, device unbinding, and cloud sync all work with the User Center.

Accessing the User Center

Open your browser and visit:

https://bshellx.com/user

If access is restricted, please check your network, proxy, or company firewall settings.

Registration and Login

1. Open the official website User Center.
2. Register an account using your email.
3. Log in to enter the User Center homepage.
4. New users will receive a trial activation code after registration, which can be viewed in the User Center.

Activation Codes

The User Center allows you to bind and view activation codes:

1. Enter an activation code in the format JHM-V1-2026-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXX.
2. Click Bind.
3. After successful binding, return to the client authorization center and enter the activation code to activate.

Activation code statuses include: not activated, activated, pending unbind, expired, revoked, etc. Pending unbind status means the old device unbinding process has not yet completed.

My Licenses

On the "My Licenses" page, you can view:

• License ID.
• License type and status.
• Expiration time and issue time.
• Activation method: online or offline.
• Bound devices.
• Corresponding activation code.

Device Management

The "My Devices" page shows which computers have used the license.

Common operations:

1. View device name, platform, client version, binding time, and last active time.
2. Unbind non-trial devices that are no longer in use.
3. Reactivate on a new device.

Unbinding limits: Maximum 2 times per month, trial devices cannot be unbound. After unbinding, the activation code will enter pending unbind status and will only return to not activated status after the old device's next heartbeat.

Recharge Code Redemption

The recharge page is used to convert recharge codes into Pro activation codes.

1. Log in to the User Center.
2. Open the recharge page.
3. Select a plan and enter the recharge code.
4. Verify and confirm the recharge.
5. Copy the generated activation code.
6. Return to the client authorization center to activate.

Referral Program

The referral feature allows you to invite new users to register and earn points. Points can be exchanged for recharge codes according to server configuration. After exchange, you still need to go to the recharge page to generate an activation code.

Cloud Sync Credentials

If you want to use BShellX's cloud sync:

1. Log in to the User Center.
2. Open the cloud sync page.
3. Your account needs a valid Pro license.
4. Enable cloud sync.
5. Copy the sync address, username, and password.
6. Return to the client to fill in the sync configuration and set your own sync password.

The server only stores encrypted text uploaded by the client, not the client sync password.
