What to Do If Download Fails

- Can you access the official website download page.
- Is the firewall or proxy blocking the installation package download.
- Is there sufficient local disk space.
- Do you have permission to run the installer.
Pre-Update Recommendations
- Important connection information and command snippets should be exported or synced first.
- Ongoing upload, download, and port forwarding tasks should be completed first.
- If using cloud sync, you can manually upload once before upgrading.
