What to Do If Download Fails

Please check in order:

  • Is the current network normal.
  • Can you access the official website download page.
  • Is the firewall or proxy blocking the installation package download.
  • Is there sufficient local disk space.
  • Do you have permission to run the installer.

Pre-Update Recommendations

  • Important connection information and command snippets should be exported or synced first.
  • Ongoing upload, download, and port forwarding tasks should be completed first.
  • If using cloud sync, you can manually upload once before upgrading.
