Device Binding

This page explains device binding mechanism in BShellX Pro.

What is Device Binding

Device binding associates your license with a specific device:

• Prevents license misuse
• Ensures license security
• Limits number of devices per license

Binding Process

Automatic Binding

When activating license:

• Device is automatically bound
• Device ID is generated
• Binding recorded in User Center

Device Information

Bound device information includes:

• Device name
• Device ID
• Binding time
• Last active time

Device Limits

Different licenses have different device limits:

• Free version: 1 device
• Pro Monthly: 1 device
• Pro Yearly: 2 devices
• Pro Permanent: 3 devices

Unbinding Devices

In User Center

To unbind a device:

1. Log in to User Center
2. Go to Device Management
3. Select device to unbind
4. Click "Unbind"

Unbinding Notes

• Unbinding takes effect immediately
• License becomes available for new device
• Unbound device loses Pro features

Device Status

Status	Description
Active	Currently using license
Inactive	Not recently used
Pending	Waiting to be unbound

Best Practices

• Unbind unused devices regularly
• Keep device count within license limit
• Document device binding information
