Offline Activation

This page guides you through offline license activation for environments without internet access.

When to Use Offline Activation

Use offline activation when:

• Server is in isolated network
• Cannot access external network
• Security restrictions prevent internet access

Activation Process

Step 1: Generate Request Code

In BShellX Pro:

1. Open Authorization Center
2. Click "Offline Activation"
3. Generate request code
4. Save the request code

Step 2: Visit Offline Activation Page

Go to offline activation page:

https://bshellx.com/offline-activate

Step 3: Submit Information

On the offline activation page:

• Enter activation code
• Enter request code
• Generate license file

Step 4: Download License File

Download the generated license file:

• File format: license.lic
• Valid for specific device only

Step 5: Import License File

In BShellX Pro:

1. Open Authorization Center
2. Click "Import License"
3. Select the .lic file
4. Complete activation

Request Code Validity

• Request codes are valid for 24 hours
• After expiration, regenerate in client
• Each request code is device-specific

License File Notes

• License file is bound to specific device
• Cannot be transferred to other devices
• Keep the file safe for future use

Troubleshooting

Request Code Expired

Regenerate request code in client.

License Import Failed

Check:

• File format is correct (.lic)
• File is completely downloaded
• License matches request code
