Trial Activation
How to start trial?
After installing BShellX Pro, click "Start Trial" to activate 14-day free trial.
What happens after trial expires?
After trial expires:
- Need to purchase license
- Saved configurations preserved
- Can export data
Can trial be extended?
Trial period is fixed at 14 days. Purchase license to continue using Pro features.
Online Activation
Activation failed?
Check:
- Network connection
- Account information
- License validity
Device limit reached?
Need to unbind other devices:
- Unbind in User Center
- Or upgrade license
What displays after activation?
After activation shows:
- License type
- Validity period
- Device count
Offline Activation
When to use offline activation?
Use offline activation when:
- Intranet isolated environment
- No internet access
- Security restrictions
Request code expired?
Request codes valid for 24 hours. Regenerate in client after expiration.
License import failed?
Check:
- File format (.lic)
- File completely downloaded
- License matches request code
