Online Activation Issues

Network Error

Symptoms: Cannot connect to activation server

Possible Causes:

  • No internet connection
  • Firewall blocking
  • Server unreachable

Solutions:

Invalid Activation Code

Symptoms: Code rejected

Possible Causes:

  • Wrong code format

Device Limit Reached

Offline Activation Issues

Request Code Expired

License Import Failed

Account Issues

Login Failed
